It would come and go, and I’d just take ibuprofen when it got bad. This past year, though, I found myself taking it almost every day to get relief and especially at night so I could sleep. Not only is he hilariously funny but also super attentive — he actually listens to what’s bothering me and works to fix it instead of just doing the same routine every time. I’m a very active retiree and grandma and I earn my aches and pains having a great, full life. When my body gets too beat up, I go see Dr. Testa. I walk in with a headache, stiff neck, painful shoulder, a hip out of joint. After 2 visits, my shoulder and hip are about 75 80% better and I have almost full range of motion in my neck. If history holds, my third visit will have me at a 100% and feeling great. Dr. Testa has kept my body functioning well for 20+ years. I pass like 30 chiropractors to get to his office in Davie.
